ST MARY IN THE CASTLE – CORONAVIRUS STATUS UPDATE

TUESDAY 17TH MARCH 2020

In response to yesterday’s Prime Minister’s statement advising that people should avoid non-essential contact with others; all events, classes and concerts are suspended until 22nd April. With Further cancellations expected.

We appreciate that this will be disappointing news, but hope you will understand the unprecedented nature of the current circumstances. Ultimately our visitors, staff and volunteers health and wellbeing is our most important consideration.

Our team are working behind the scenes to reschedule as many events as possible. We will be posting further updates over the coming days about the status of these events.

Where events are cancelled completely we will update ticket holders as soon as possible with an indication of when to expect a refund, we ask that you please bear with us, as refunds may take time due to the number of events that are currently being cancelled.

We would really appreciate your help by avoiding contacting the St Mary in the Castle phone line unless absolutely necessary so that we can concentrate on dealing with the current situation as swiftly as possible. If we receive any enquiries via email, we will endeavour to respond within 14 working days.

Please be assured that we will put all the latest updates regarding events on our website and social media pages.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
